Help exercising

I have been doing physical therapy to restore strength and range of motion to my broken arm this summer. Sometimes I even get help.

Ben's almost birthday party

We wanted to have a late birthday party for Ben, but due to jet lag, he slept through most of it. Here are some pictures anyway. We made a rocket cake for him, and he did like that. He also liked the presents, but he slept through flying the rubber band propelled airplanes.

Model airplane show

Sunday we went to a remote controlled model airplane show at the Air Force Museum. Pete was here with his girls and so were friends of Rachel and Craig's from Dalian, the Fountains. Katie and Rachel slept through the show in the car and Ben was pretty sleepy through the show, but everyone else enjoyed it. One of the participants let us take pictures of the kids with his plane. They loved it.

Ben and Katie are here

We picked up Rachel's family at the airport Friday night and then drove back to Dayton, arriving about 6:00 AM. We are still adjusting to the lack of sleep, but here are some pictures we took at the airport and at McDonald's on the way home.

Harry and Me

We went to a wedding last week, so I had someone take a picture of us to show that we really do clean up pretty well.

Young's Dairy

We made a trip to Young's Dairy while the kids were here. Here are a couple of pictures. We got pictures of the girls, but I forgot to take one of Sarah.

Newport Aquarium

Pete and Sarah's girls came for a weekend, and then Sarah joined them for several more days. Over the weekend we took them to the Newport Aquarium with their other grandparents. I think everyone had a great time. The older girls loved being with Nini, Sarah's mom, and as you can see, Anna and Papa Buzz had a great time together. We weren't allowed to bring the stroller in, so Harry had Anna in a backpack. She slept through a lot of the aquarium, but loved what she did see. Leah tired herself out, and needed a rest partway through, but Beth, kept going and going.
